Rachel McCollister
Practice Administrator
Rachel has been in management for 11 years and has been in customer service for 14 years. Her experience has allowed her to readily relate to and respond to the needs, concerns, and cares of many individuals. She completed her education in business management through the University of Phoenix. Rachel grew up in Lancaster, CA and relocated to San Diego after high school. She loves spending her free time with her husband, Frank, their adorable baby girl Lexi, and their beagle, Millie. One of her favorite hobbies is baking and trying new recipes and the entire staff loves her for it! Her treats are always delicious and irresistible!
Natalia Wolcoff
Office manager and Hospital Coordinator
Natalia has always enjoyed working with people and finding a way to make them feel comfortable even in the most difficult circumstances. From the time you call the office to coming in for your first appointment you will be surprised to see the level of care and compassion she will bring you throughout the entire process. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with friends and family and her 2 dogs. She loves Argentine soccer, trying new restaurants around town and camping trips.
Enrique Cardenas
Billing and Insurance
Enrique has extensive experience in the medical field and brings his knowledge to our team. He does a great job of explaining to patients their insurance benefits and what they have to offer. He does his best to get insurance to pay what your plan says it should and will work with them to see that is done and as a patient you pay the minimum needed. Enrique has lived in San Diego for 3 years now, but is originally from Orange County. He loves spending the weekends with his group of friends enjoying the great nightlife San Diego has to offer.
Gina Gullaba
Surgical Assistant
Gina has always had a passion for people and uses her soft voice and motherly skills to help them adapt to whatever situaiton they may be in. She loves being a surgical assistant and the variety of cases she gets to be involved in. You will be amazed at how comfortable you will be after meeting Gina. When she is not at work she is busy running around taking care of her 2 teenage boys and trying to keep up with their busy schedules. She is a happy newlywed who loves to cook and her husband loves her for it too!
Beata Lewis
Surgical Assistant
Beata is an amazing surgical assistant and has quickly fit in with her amazing ability to care for patients and make them feel at ease during their surgical care. She is originally from Poland and has been in the States for 6 years now. She is new to San Diego and loving every minute in the city. Her hobbies include photography, staying fit, and making others laugh.
Sarah Bailey
Receptionist
Sarah was born and raised in San Diego and loves this city. In her free time she enjoys being with family and friends. She likes to cook and bake treats and give them as gifts. She feels blessed to be able to work with a team of people who care as deeply for one another as they do for every patient that is under their care.
Holly Thomson
Orthognathic Treatment Coordinator
Holly is originally from Kansas and got her medical technician training while she was enlisted in the US Air Force for 4 years. Her hobbies include running on the beach, doing yoga, surfing and cooking. Her super friendly, energetic and bubbly personality will make you feel like you’ve known her all your life. She will always be on top of your treatment and able to answer any questions you may have throughout your jaw surgery journey.
