Practice Administrator

Rachel McCollister

Rachel has been in management for 9 years and has been in customer service for 12 years. Her experience has allowed her to readily relate to and respond to the needs, concerns, and cares of many individuals. She completed her education in business management through the University of Phoenix. Rachel grew up in Lancaster, CA and relocated to San Diego after high school. She loves spending her free time with her husband, Frank, and their dog, Millie, working on their home, baking delicious treats, and making people laugh. They are also looking forward to their new addition to be born in the summer of 2010.

Natalia Wolcoff

Receptionist and Hospital Coordinator

Natalia has always enjoyed working with people and finding a way to make them feel comfortable even in the most difficult circumstances. From the time you call the office to coming in for your first appointment you will be surprised to see the level of care and compassion she will bring you throughout the entire process. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with friends and family and her 2 dogs. She is also known for her extreme love of Argentine soccer.

Enrique Cardenas

Billing and Insurance

Enrique has extensive experience in the medical field and brings his knowledge to our team. He does a great job of explaining to patients their insurance benefits and what they have to offer. He does his best to get insurance to pay what your plan says it should and will work with them to see that is done and as a patient you pay the minimum needed. Enrique is new to San Diego from Orange County but loves living here and spending time with his friends.

Gina Gullaba

Surgical Assistant

Gina has always had a passion for people and uses her soft voice and motherly skills to help them adapt to whatever situaiton they may be in. She loves being a surgical assistant and the variety of cases she gets to be involved in. You will be amazed at how comfortable you will be after meeting Gina. When she is not at work she is busy running around taking care of her 2 teenage boys and trying to keep up with their busy schedules.

De’Andra Epps

Surgical Assistant

De is new to our office, she comes from an extensive periodontal background. She has knowledge in all areas of dentistry and taking care of patients. She has an acute ability to make patients laugh and get them relaxed even in unpleasant situaitons. When not at work De also works with aspiring dental assistants and trains them to deliver quality patient care. She also has a busy schedule keeping up with her teenage daughter.
