Dr. McGann works with your cosmetic dentist for implant placement. Dr. McGann will secure a small titanium post in the bone, where your tooth formally lived. The bone will fuse with the titanium posts to create a solid anchor, much like your natural tooth root. Your dentist will place the replacement teeth onto the implant to complete the implant treatment. If the implant post fails then Dr. McGann will replace it without a charge.
